Terms & Conditions

Service Overview

Seasonal Thresholds provides and installs custom décor at commercial and residential properties — from tables and mantels indoors to porches, patios, entryways, and front yards outdoors. Designs may include florals, seasonal produce and textures, signage, wreaths, lanterns, and other fresh or faux seasonal accents. Each installation is tailored for visual impact and festive curb appeal based on the package purchased.

Customer Agrees to

  • Ensure safe, clean, and unobstructed access to the installation site during the installation timeframe. Please clear the area of debris, fragile items, or furniture prior to install. Please ensure any pets are secured away from the installation and ingress/egress areas during the visit.

  • Notify us of sprinkler systems, wiring, or fragile surfaces near the installation site.

Seasonal Thresholds Agrees to

​

  • Schedule installations during daylight hours and to notify you of a rescheduled installation due to inclement weather or otherwise.

  • 1) Delivery package: Deliver the quoted produce and products to your driveway or easy-to-access entryway outside of your home. The delivery package does not include unpacking, design, layout, or setup.

  • 2) Installation packages: Deliver and setup your quoted produce and products at the designated location, such as your table, mantel, entryway, porch, patio, or front yard. 

  • 3) Strike packages: When haul away is selected at checkout, we will pick up and haul away the seasonal produce and products included in your package. Please remove additional decorations prior to our strike. We are not responsible for fragile items, personal items, or furniture that may be damaged or accidentally removed during our strike. During our haul away, your area will be broom swept.

 

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • All décor becomes the customer’s property after installation, unless rented items are included.

  • Customer will maintain décor post-installation as Seasonal Thresholds is not liable for décor damaged by weather, wildlife, or theft after setup.

  • If you wish to have your décor professionally removed and hauled away, we offer an optional paid strike service, which must be scheduled in advance.

 

Liability Waiver

By booking with Seasonal Thresholds, you agree to release and hold harmless the company, its staff, and subcontractors from liability related to:

  • Personal injury during installation

  • Damage to property, unless due to gross negligence

  • Loss or damage caused by weather, animals, or third parties after installation

You acknowledge that outdoor décor may shift, fade, or deteriorate over time due to natural elements and that this is an assumed risk. Any comments or complaints about the products must be made in writing within 24 hours of the installation.

 

Photo & Media Release​

Unless requested otherwise in writing, Seasonal Thresholds may photograph completed installations for use in marketing and social media.
